About Us

TopMark Adjusters Limited is an independent Chartered Loss Adjusting firm, accomplished in handling and settling all types of insurance claims. We give specialist claims advice and assistance to Insurers, Insurance Brokers and their clients, local authorities, utilities and corporate clients.

TopMark Adjusters Limited was established in 2002 by Roger Topping who remains involved in the business on a consultancy basis.

We work with a variety of clients and deliver a level of service that is consistently of the highest standard.

Our loss adjusters are given a rigorous training and encouraged to complete their qualifications at the Chartered Insurance Institute https://www.cii.co.uk/ and the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters https://www.cila.co.uk/

We pride ourselves on the strength of our relationships with Insurance Brokers enabling us to reach a fair and accurate assessment of their client’s losses. Experience shows us that many claims difficulties can be avoided by effective communication of complex insurance subject matter in a sensitive way.

Key Personnel

Des Bradshaw – Managing Director

Des Bradshaw – Managing Director

Des graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2008 with an honours degree in Scots Law and worked in the construction industry for two years before joining TopMark in March 2010. In 2018 Des achieved the status of Chartered Loss Adjuster and in 2019 he became a director and shareholder in TopMark.

Des has an extensive experience in all aspects of commercial and domestic property claims including major losses up to £1m. His experience includes large property damage claims, complicated business interruption losses, high net worth claims and the handling of substantial third-party claims against various public authorities.

Our staff are experienced and highly qualified insurance claims professionals who achieve the best results for all of our clients whilst ensuring that our clients’ Policyholders receive appropriate remuneration within the terms of their Policy. We offer a national service that is prompt, efficient and completely independent of larger commercial interests.

Our team of qualified Adjusters allow us to offer specialist claims advice across all aspects of the claims industry and our technical expertise allows us to ensure that all of our recommendations and advices are accurate, interpreted in line with the intention of the Policy and free from any bias – this also applies to our choice of external specialists who may be needed in the claims process.

We have a strong track record of achieving the correct outcome on claims which is demonstrated by our long-term working relationships with all of our existing clients.
