Our team of qualified Adjusters allow us to offer specialist advice across all aspects of the claims industry. Our broad experience and technical expertise allow us to ensure that all of our recommendations and advice are accurate, interpreted in line with the intention of the Policy and free from bias. We offer a national service that is prompt, efficient and completely independent of larger commercial interests.

We provide bespoke loss adjusting services for all aspects of both Property and Liability claims; we currently work with a variety of Insurers and have a team of adjusters who are experienced in handling claims relating to commercial property losses, business interruption, contractors all risks, domestic losses, employers’ liability, product liability, public liability and property owners’ liability.

In addition, in recent years we have developed a strong relationship with several local law firms who use TopMark to verify the losses claimed on third party claims which they are handling on behalf of Insurers. In this respect we have acted as the ‘expert witness’ for various solicitors in a large number of contentious claims in recent years.
